To access the event, go to the following URL:
https://georgialibraries.webex.com/georgialibraries/onstage/g.php?MTID=e5423b7e711b46698c9f98bea8c45bc22

WebEx requires a small download, so please allow yourself time to complete the download before the sessions begin. The WebEx room will be open 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. If downloads on your equipment require administrative access, please make arrangements to download the application prior to the event.

You will need to Join the Audio Conference in order to activate your sound. When you first enter WebEx you will see a round button in the middle of your screen which will allow you to join. Please run the Audio Test when prompted. If you’ve entered the session and have run the audio test but still cannot hear anything, please be sure the volume is turned up on your computer and/or your headphones and make sure neither is muted.

If you still do not have sound, your best option is to Leave the Audio Conference, which is located in the audio menu on the toolbar at the top of your screen, the re-enter the session.

There will be technical support available during the sessions.
